How to Complete the Path to Enroll
To complete the Path to Enroll and receive priority registration, new students must:
- Attend a new student orientation
- Complete math and English placement survey
- Meet with a counselor to create an educational plan by April 30, 2024

Path to Enroll Instructions
Orientations are hosted by our Warrior Welcome Center.
Sign Up for Orientation
Please note: There is limited space in each orientation, so do not wait to sign up.
The math and English placement survey is located in your MyECC student portal.
The survey takes five to seven minutes to complete.
If you have questions about the survey, you can attend the New Student Orientation or email [email protected].
An educational plan is a road map of the classes you need to take to achieve your educational goals.
You must attend New Student Orientation in order to be invited to meet with a counselor.
Reminders
- Complete the FAFSA or CA Dream Act to maximize your opportunity to receive financial aid. For assistance with the application, the Financial Aid Office offers weekly workshops.
